We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in software sales, EdTech solutions, or enterprise IT services.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our examination, assessment, and digital evaluation solutions to universities, educational institutions, government organizations, recruitment boards, and corporate clients.

The role requires excellent communication skills, client relationship management abilities, presentation skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and client leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and business events.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Travel for meetings, demonstrations, and implementation of discussions.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B software/IT/EdTech sales.
  • Good negotiation and client handling abilities.
  • Understanding of online examination or RPS platforms.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and email communication.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in:
    • Software Sales
    • EdTech Sales
    • IT Solutions Sales
    • Examination/Assessment Solutions

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience with government or university projects.
  • Knowledge of CBT/IBT platforms.
  • Experience in tender-based or institutional sales.
  • Existing network in educational institutions or government sectors.
