Junior QA Engineer

Experience: 2 to 5 Years (BE/BTECH/MCA/MSCIT)
Principle Purpose of Job:
Application Testing (Automation as well as Manual)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- To do Automation testing of web-based applications.
- Execute Test Plan and perform testing
- Prepare test logs, Diagnose and fix errors and perform regression testing
- Generate & Update Bug report and track it for closure. Revisit it to ensure it is closed.
- Conduct unit test in accordance with generic Unit Test Procedure for all the test cases identified for the current build cycle
- Designing intelligent use cases & test cases
- Proper documentation of detailed issues reporting
- To analyze SRS used for requirements gathering and documentation
- Participate in review activities.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Attentive to detail and organized.
- Self-confident and self-starter & Tech-savvy
- Basic understanding of scripting and SQL=PL/SQL
