ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for Business Development for on Central Government /PSU / State Government / Enterprise Accounts for Delhi NCR Region/North/East India or for the assigned region
- Market Penetration for End to End assessment testing solutions, integrating proctored (invigilated), digital & paper-pencil testing solutions
- Responsible for developing good relationship with different government departments, which can ultimately contribute to the business of the company.
- Responsible for complete sales cycle (Lead Generation, proposal submission Bidding, Negotiation, Order Execution, Invoicing, Payment Collection), Up-selling/Cross-selling in existing accounts, generating New Business (Hunting).
- Lead sales in the assigned region with market analysis, strategy development, initiative deployment, managing sales, business development processes and perform a significant role in planning that result in increased revenue.
- Increase territory sales as per the targets through acquisition of prestigious customers throughout the tenure.
- Consistently develop a prospect pipeline by executing innovative lead generation techniques.
- Understanding Customer requirement & consulting accordingly.
- Involve presales and service delivery/practice team for Designing of Solution.
- Identify, engage and qualified vendor partnerships for managing overall operations and delivery.
- Managing team of sales and operations employees (if available) and Conducting monthly team meetings, weekly one on-ones covering monthly sales expectations & results, daily activity requirements, new sales pipeline management, and ongoing developmental opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
- Exp of govt sales/tender management process is required
- Good communication skills/presentation skills required
