Saksham Arya is a young entrepreneur who after successfully attaining a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, joined Edu-test Solutions in the January of 2019. Prior to that, he interned in California with Azure Knowledge Corporation, a leader in market research and data collection. He handles the day-to-day at the offline examination printing unit. Along with the business, he is currently pursuing his diploma in Digital Marketing from MICA.
Apart from his professional life, Saksham is an avid reader and writer and is working on publishing his own book. His other interests are poetry, stand-up comedy, and all kinds of sports.
Maya is a Digital Assessment and Examination Pioneer and Veteran with a legacy of managing best of the National and International customers. Maya has more than two decades of successful Leadership Experience with reputed Corporates including TCS, MeritTrac and NIIT Ltd. During her tenure, she has been managing end to end Business Operations, Customer Engagement and acquisitions, and flawless deliveries with Innovative Digital Expertise. She is a savvy operations leader with indelible reputation for delivering inventive business strategies and client focused solutions that improve margins. Recognized for transforming global operations, systems profitably and productively, Maya is responsible for end to end Business Operations of EduTest’s Digital and Turnkey Solutions.
A Symbiosis MBA and a Commerce Topper of Mumbai University, Maya is avid reader, is associated with many learning initiatives helping children cope up with examination stress, spiritual in nature, Maya, takes keen interest in helping underprivileged people in best of her capacity.
Mr. Abraham T.M is a senior and seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning all sectors like manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, IT, clinical research, construction and hospitality.
He has done MSW from Indore School of social work and MBA from SCDL-Pune. In addition he holds a diploma certificate in HR from IIM Lucknow.
He has worked with renowned organizations in HR sphere and has headed this function for more than 15 years. His passion for people, their development and setting up systems and process to make the organization more competitive and professional has made him a successful HR professional.
Ritesh is a significant figure in the Edutest, leading the Accounts and Finance staff. He oversees all parts of our company’s financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and auditing. He has over 10 years of accounting experience, great leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. He actively participates in the creation of yearly budgets and projections in consultation with department leaders. In addition, he checks budget performance and delivers variance analysis reports. He also suggests making modifications to budgets and projections as needed to meet financial objectives.
As a notable team leader, Ritesh oversees a team of accounting professionals, offering direction and support in their professional growth, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, efficiently delegating duties, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Ritesh, who holds an MBA in Finance from the ICAI Institute in Jodhpur, has consistently performed well for Edutest. In his spare time, he likes to unwind by listening to music.
Alpesh has a total of 15 years of experience of which nearly 11 years of experience in the IT product development industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprises. He is a member of Project Management Institute, the world’s leading professional membership association for the project, program, and portfolio management profession.
Earlier, Alpesh was a member of the core team at Acute, where he held several leadership positions for 10 years. He was responsible for overseeing software engineering processes and for the strategy and execution of the product-development direction and enabling rapid client adoption.
Alpesh, as Technical Project Manager, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong engineering team to drive its execution.
He holds Master of Engineering degrees in Computer Science (DOEACC B Level), and Industry-standard certificates like PMP, Oracle, and Microsoft.
Anuradha is a dynamic person with 22 years of experience in Tender and Bid Management.
She has outstanding leadership skills that has helped her to ensure that her team meets and exceeds the assigned targets.
When she is off duty, she loves to watch movies, go on long drives and travel to beautiful places.
Rishi is a significant figure in the pre-exam activities as a leading manager, having gained sixteen years of expertise in operations and delivery as a senior manager in numerous prominent companies. He is in-charge of supervising and organizing every action pertaining to the planning and conduct of exams. Strategic planning, resource management, team coordination, and making sure everything runs smoothly and orderly in the run-up to the exam day are all part of his job description. To make sure pre-exam workforce members are ready for their jobs and duties, Rishi helps to teach and mentor individuals. In order to guarantee accuracy and privacy, he supervises the gathering and handling of exam-related data.
Rishi, who received his degree in computer science engineering from VTU in Karnataka, is a voracious learner who also has a great deal of empathy for the welfare of children and adolescents. He enjoys playing badminton as a pastime and participates in a variety of spiritual activities.

He uses his experience to optimize data operations, put strong data governance frameworks into place, and use cutting-edge analytics methods to glean insights that may be put to use. Leading efforts to improve data-driven capabilities throughout our company, he is committed to upholding the highest standards of data quality and compliance. He works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within our data ecosystem. He is passionate about empowering our teams with the tools and knowledge they need to unlock the full potential of our data resources.
Pranav graduated from Alagappa University with a bachelor’s degree in corporate secretaryship. In addition, he has been evaluated and recognized as a Lean Six Sigma green belt and holds a certificate in Advance Project Management for Manipal Pro. When he’s vacationing, he likes to visit new places and take in the food and customs of the area.
